Sold dollar volume is also growing substantially — The Greater Northwoods MLS data reflects roughly a 30% increase over 1st quarter 2011.

We at Eliason Realty of the North, Inc. are also seeing a strong upward trend in sales activity.  We are noticing buyer confidence improving with thoughts that we have reached the bottom and have nowhere to move now but up.

If you have been watching the market and thinking about making a move, now may be the time!  Mortgage rates are still at all-time lows making any real estate  purchase that much less costly in terms of your monthly cost to own.

We encourage you to get in touch with one of our seasoned real estate agents and explore the Northwoods marketplace this spring.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Eliason Realty to Welcome New Neighbors at its Eagle River Location
Renovations Underway with the Tenant Improvements

EAGLE RIVER, WIS., -  Two new tenants are coming soon to the Eliason Realty Building in Eagle River.  Renovations are taking place now to redesign space on the west side of the building for a new State of Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles office.  The southern space formerly occupied by Draeger Chiropractic will soon be utilized by the Vilas County Health Department.

Building owner and landlord, Glenn Schiffmann of Cornerstone Builders, reports that the new local DMV office will be ready to open its doors on December 1 to serve the local community at this new convenient location on 302 West Pine Street.  The Vilas County Board has approved space within the Eliason Realty Building for its Vilas County Health Department relocation and is preparing the space now for its move.

Eliason Realty of the North, Inc. will continue to occupy 75% of its existing space, efficiently reorganized to accommodate all our realty agents and support staff with an extended lease agreement that ensures longevity for our company in the Eagle River real estate brokerage market.  We are positioning ourselves with stability and strength as we enter into our 50th year in the local real estate brokerage business.

Please stop in during December to help us welcome our new neighbors!

Why we endure the cold…

January 16, 2007 Comments off

This picture helps us northerners remember why we endure the cold of winter. Sitting outside on warm summer nights watching the sun set over the lake, what a wonderful site. Right now it is sunny, but below zero out. Yesterday we received about 3 inches of snow, yay! The snow was much needed because the World Championship Snowmobile Races take place this weekend in Eagle River. Hopefully it will warm up a bit for all the race fans.
